KPMG Values Award

There was a request to create a logo for the KPMG Values Award.

The award is about giving compliment to those outstanding employees.

I have came out with 3 logo designs :

Design 2 - RED as main color

The management decided to go with Design 3 which represents KPMG branding very well.
The color balls represent the Seven KPMG values.

Design 3 - Using KPMG corporate color. 

VXR Company Profile

VXR do not have its own company profile.

After dealing with a few suppliers, I think there is a need to come out with one.

Thus, here is the VXR very own company profile.

Wave In Art - Logo

Recently, I have formed a creative production group with a group of friends, named Wave In Art. The group will be handling variety of creative projects such as stage performances, video productions, book publications and so on.

The first step is to create a logo for the group. By using the concept of the hidden images/messages inside a logo, I have came out the logo proposals below :



Since the group name is called Wave In Art, the idea is to create "waves" to form into "A" shape which brings out the meaning of "wave inside the art.

The group leader likes the idea and after some tweaking here is the final artwork:

Trend Builder

A Uni-friend of my asked me to design a logo for his company - Trend Builder Construction.

Here were some proposals to him as he did not have ideas on what kind of design that he wanted:

He picked one of ideas that all his partners agreed on and wand me to do some changes on it.

They wanted something to come out from the roof top as it meant something very good in Chinese Fengshui.

VXR Aeromodel - AIC

VXR Aeromodel came out with a great invention on the LiPo batteries and they named it as AIC (Advance Integrated Connector).

Besides submitting patent on this invention, they want to have a logo for it.

VXR Aeromodel - Vortex

VXR Aeromodel was another division of VXR Racing Sdn. Bhd.

VXR Racing is the manufacturer for Radio Control (RC) cars line accessories whereas VXR Aeromodel is mainly for RC planes and other flying models.

Vortex is the name for LiPo batteries that is mainly for RC planes.

For this new launch, I were asked to come out the designs for the Vortex logo, battery packaging and a newsletter alert to be emailed out or post into the community forums.

The idea generation of course it came from the name itself, "Vortex".

My idea is to make the vortex concept into a tribal pattern and it must generate a dynamic feeling. Not something that is static as i know RC hobbyists love the idea of speed and wild.

KOMTAR Tower Run

During my employment in RC Planet in 2009, I was being asked to do some design for a event named Komtar Tower Run.

KOMTAR Tower Run is organized for those who willing to take on the physical and mental challenge to run up the entire 65-storey KOMTAR Tower, Penang is tallest building and an icon of Penang in its heyday. This event is mainly about promoting KOMTAR Tower and of course including Penang.

The design package include; logo, website, flyer, form, certificate, banner, bunting and backdrop.

During the idea generating stage, it was quite easy as the element must be in the design will be KOMTAR Tower. I decided to go for something simple such as having human figures running, similar to the kind of figures that most of the sport events used for the design.

Next, color. I used multiple color combination to portray Diversity. Plus, multiple color creates the mood of high energy, fun and family as there a category open for Juniors.

TEAM 19

While I was with RC Planet, I have a group of rc hobbyists who would like to do some small business.

They have branded themselves as Team 19.

As a friend of them and as a designer, I was being asked to come out a logo for the group and to design packaging for their products.

BlimpBillboard Logo

I have been taking care of BlimpBillboard division for these years.

BlimpBillboad is a providing blimp renting services for events as a launching gimmick or as an advertising tool.

It was pretty new to Malaysia market when it first launch. I was asked to come out with a logo, a website and brochures to promote this amazing marketing tool.

This is the logo that I came out with about 3 years ago and we have been using this logo until now.

Due to some management decision, I have to come with some other new logo for BlimpBillboard. I came out with a few choices for my bosses to choose:

We ended up choosing this as our final logo.
