There is no ready rc track for us to organise the race so we have to build our very own temporary rc track from scratch. The only thing there are available for us is just a normal long road and a bright extremely hot sun with no shades at all. And of course with limited helping hands.
With these conditions, we will have to build a track with the size of 150ft x 80ft and with track racing layout. So, girls like me and one of my colleague will have to work under the hot sun with all the strong men. Luckily, we managed to get the track done on time and it looked pretty well as well.
Other than that, we will have to arrange for 8ft tall control stand, canopies, tables, chairs, electricity and so on.
